Five year old will not got to bed.

Will this pass? It had been about a week and she is up until about 9:30 every night. My DH and I are ripping our hair out....is this a phase?

What do you mean by "up"? "Up" as in awake but in her bed or "up" as in refusing to go to her bed?

Good question. If their lying in bed that's one thing, but refusing to go to their bed should never be a choice. It's bedtime, weather they want to go or not.
