The Ritz-Carlton, attached to the mall, has a very nice breakfast, especially if you're meeting people/looking for a relaxing way to ease in to shopping!

The area's best diner is a very short drive away. Bob & Edith's, on Columbia Pike just west of Route 27.
(If you like your diners tiny, crowded, and done in formica and linoleum, but with really great food.)
