need highlights in Bethesda area

I am not loving my current guy-- just got back and they are orange (and expensive)-- ugh! Need a rec for a good person for a used to be a blonde (like when I was seven), now am quite dark brown (I think!), it's been awhile. . .but anyway, blonde highlights that look good, not brassy and not too white, for an over all blonde (think Jennifer Aniston-ish) color. Thanks!!!

Alyson at Eyma in Bethesda is great, expensive but worth the $

I like Michael at Aveda. SOunds like we have the same color hair (former blonde here) and the highlights he gives look really natural. No orange in sight.
