There's a store called Candy World in Fair Oaks Mall. I see they have other locations in the area as well. The Tyson's one is called Candy Heaven.

My sister got them from Oriental Trading--but be forewarned. These lollipops were very fragile and kept breaking apart or off the stick.

I saw them at the Gaylord hotel when we went for ICE last weekend. They have a lot of shops in the atrium.
