Have you had Uncle Julios catering come to your house?

I am finalizing a catering order with Uncle Julios. They tell me service is "included" in the price quote. But what do I do about tip to the 2-3 people who come to my house? 20% or $20 each? If service is included, I would think the 20% is already included in the quote price. Any experience to share?

As an aside, if you have ordered from UJ, did you order the margaritas? Did the UJ staff help distribute those?

Usually the catering tip is not included... ask the manager. $20 is really low to pay for a catering tip. Base the tip on how good the help is.. I'd guess about 60 per person.
