Other boards/forums for those in their 50s?

While my DD is still a teen, I feel like I'm teetering on the edge of being too old for DCUM anymore. (I'm 52). Not quite ready for AARP, but wondering if others have recommendations for other sites that are for those of us born in the '60s.

I was shocked when AARP wrote to me...but you can join at age 50 OP so you're at the right age to join. They actually have a good magazine about people who are doing great things...many look really super young. I am 57 and still go on DCUM a lot and I work full-time. I don't know of any other sites for you unless you have a particular interest such as running, crafting, whatever.

I don't know but I'm glad you asked. I would be interested too. I spent a lot of time on College Confidential when I was learning re college admissions. I know occasionally look at the Parent Cafe on College Confidential.

OP, with a teen daughter, would the above interest you for college info?

The site use to be better before the corporate purchase by Hobsons. IMO
