Baked goods with bacon

I plan to make cookies containing bacon (there is a reason - it's for a creative cookie contest!). I will first bake the bacon with brown sugar to crisp and sweeten it, and then of course it will also be baked into the cookie. I'm concerned about the safety of leaving these at room temperature though, and there's no option to refrigerate. Would you think they could stay safe for 1-2 days in an airtight container?

I have a couple of bacon recipes that I make often and neither require refrigeration! They should be fine!

Thanks, you two - will do!! Bacon is supposed to be delicious in cookies; I found tons of recipes on Google.
