Where to buy kitchen appliances with no or low install fees

| Buying lower grade fridge, dishwasher and gas oven for rental property snd best buy, sears and home depot are all quoting installation fees almost 50% the cost of the items which seems high. Anywhere else we should be looking? |

We are very unhandy plus have a toddler, newborn and both work full-time... so I don't think any DIY projects are in the cards for us right now. |
