Anyone has propane gas delivered to heat your home? Please recommend your propane gas company. Thanks!

Another posted interested in this for two gas fireplaces we are adding.

Really? You can't make the trip to Home Depot yourself? I'll do it for $20.

OP you need it to heat your home? Do you live in a trailer?

We have ours delivered by Southern States.

And pp, I do not live in a trailer but instead a custom built home on about 8 acres. There just happens to be no gas lines and we have a 500 gallon buried tank we use for cooking , hot water, and heat.

OP here, we just closed on our home today so I'm not familiar with propane delivery. Our tank size is 750 gallons and our current home was custom built with a 3 car garage and about 4700 square ft top two floors. I don't think that comes close to being a trailer.

We use Matheson. We get a group rate for our neighborhood.

If you rent your tank you have to get it from whomever owns the tank.

Probably next to one if you built it far away without fas lines.

Dear God, moron

not OP - But we live on 2 acres in the outer burbs. well and septic

Propane is not unheard of.

We now have geothermal. So heating isn't an issue.

But for those of you who can't understand "our way of living," you may wish to do some research before making an ass of yourself. lots of nice homes on pricey properties around us

OP, Suburban Propane delivers throughout most of the area. Amerigas services certain parts of the area as well.

We also live on 3 acres backing up to Rock Creek Park so we have to use propane for heat and cooking.

I find it hilarious how touchy the propane-loving mansion owners are about the idea that they might have something in common with people who live in trailers

I think it's more that they can't believe that people can behave in this kind of ignorant fashion. If that's the kind of nastiness that city-lving breeds, I'm glad I live way out here in the 'burbs.
