This is one example, but at least the three most recent posts on three different threads were made by this person posting an ad:

Not that this needs extending, but to this sentence in the add, "We have a Skin Analyzer Machine that types your skin and shows you what are the problems in the inner layers," I'll respond that I know what the problem in the inner layers of my skin is: advancing age!
