where to find frozen challah DC area?

Hi - I can't seem to find frozen challah locally. I'm in Alexandria and lots of places sell it fresh, but I would like to buy frozen loaves. Suggestions? TIA!

Buy fresh and put it in the freezer

The grocery stores normally have it. I know they have them at many safeways. Otherwise try a kosher store.

I saw some at MOMs this past weekend. No idea why it caught my eye but I remember thinking it was good to know because we make a breakfast casserole with Challa during the holidays.

I'm in Rockville, sorry, but I find that Giants have them pretty reliably. Or alternatively, but fresh ones, wrap them well, and freeze them. Defrost for several hours, and stick in the oven for a couple minutes to warm. It defrosts beautifully. (I make my own big batch of challah once a month and just freeze the, works great). Good luck!

Raw or fresh? Most Giants have the raw Kineret brand challah in the kosher freezer section.
