cystic fibrosis genetic screening covered by insurance??

Hello - I am doing the initial tests to begin Clomid/IUI next month. Had a CF genetic screen test last week, has anyone had this and had it covered by insurance? (I have blue cross blue shield, anthem ppo)...if not, anyone aware of the approx cost for this test?

We have BCBS federal and it covered EVERYTHING! - But the treatment itself. So, does not cover any kind/type of assisted fertilization/insemination (IUI, IVF) or anything that is directly related to that like the ultrasounds/bloodwork you need during the cycle.

I'm pretty sure mine was - BCBS PPO (non-fed)
