Personalized attack on a teacher

Is that post about the "Mrs Simpson" the cotillion woman? I'm not sure it is an attack. Just a question.

In the interests of fairness, I'd suggest that if no one has confirmed this within some reasonable period of time then it should be taken down.

Is it a comment on the business or on her personally? Is there even really a "Mrs. Simpson?"

I could give less than a damn about Simpson and her so-called reputation. What bothers me is the meanness she exhibits towards young children. To protect their identities is much more important as Simpson clones might go after the children and their families at school.

This thread is getting uglier. I'm no fan of Mrs. Simpson and could care less. But I am concerned that posters are talking about a child and now calling him a halloween cross dresser. It's just a matter of time before identifiable information comes out.

PP again. For the record, I have no dog in this fight but when you go after defenseless children, my feathers get ruffled. Real ruffled.

Unless there was more than one fourth grade boy who came to the dance in a princess costume, he's already identified, at least to people who were there. I think that thread needs to go for that reason alone.

Once 18:20 on the first page posted, it should have been shut down.

I've removed the thread, but mostly because it was just covered old ground and didn't really belong in the private school forum. I'm not really bothered that people who were at the event could identify the student. That is true regardless of the existence of this thread and nothing in the thread changed that fact. There were a couple of posts disparaging of the student, and if I weren't removing the entire thread, I would have removed those.
