| Answer from sculpture garden: "not for the public, just for our own rental skates sorry. Kettler Capitals Iceplex in the Balston Mall in VA does a fine job, on the spot as well." |

| Answer fr Georgetown: "Yes, we do sharpen skates -- it's $7 per pair. If you want to have them sharpened and then use them directly after, I would call ahead to make sure we have someone who is able to sharpen working that day. You are also more than welcome to drop them off, we can sharpen them and call you when they are ready for pick up." |

Correction from Georgetown: "I'm sorry but I seem to have gotten the information wrong about sharpening skates. This year management has made the decision not to sharpen customer skates -- we are only sharpening our own rental skates this season ... Sorry for the confusion!!!"

| i would only have someone who knows what they are doing sharpen my skates. those temporary rinks will ruin them. |
