Wow, none of that sounds good. I ate this dish in another country and they had amazing toppings options - nothing like eggs or apple sauce for sure. Thanks anyway.

Actually, potato pancakes are traditionally served with applesauce, at least in Germany. Quite delicious.

I just got back from Germany and had one with spinach, tomato, and cheese. It was yummy.
