Do you give gifts to your private pay PT/OT/tutors etc...? I'm not sure what to do this year for PT/OT/Speech/tutor--all of which we pay out of pocket.

I would not for private, but I do for school OT/PT/SLT

Yes, we give small gifts of appreciation. They work hard and we would be lost without them.

They'd be lost without you too. If people refused to pay the ever increasing fees that are way above what people with insurance get, they would no longer be in business.
