Help - need ideas for a meal that I can transport 2.5 hrs to a house w just a microwave..

My SO and I have a very rare opportunity to spend a few days together at his weekend house which is undergoing a major kitchen renovation. No functional appliances except for a microwave and a toaster oven.

I'll be driving down to the house tomorrow afternoon when my kids will be with their father and his kid will be on a boy scout camping thing. What can I bring to make a decent dinner with just a microwave and toaster oven? We could go out to dinner but any decent place is 30-40 mins away.

Thanks for any ideas!
