Eggnog pancakes with banana?

I have made banan pancakes in the past. Will it taste good if I replace the milk or water in the recipe with eggnog? I am using a trader joes mix. Thx.

Seems like it should work since eggnog is primarily milk and cream. Issue might be the eggs-will it be too eggy? If you aren't sure then maybe use milk and cream and add some nutmeg to the mix.

That sounds totally awesome. I agree re adding a little nutmeg. (You could sprinkle it on the finished pancakes instead, but that's a little harder to get the right amount every time)
