I fell in love with our house when it was on the market and the front yard was all concrete slabs for parking. No grass. With that curb "appeal", we were in competition with a builder who wanted it for a song so that he could tear it down. We low-balled and got the house, the concrete came up in one day and we now have a lovely front yard. |
