| I want to buy my 11 year old niece some clothes for Christmas. She is kind of a tomboy and prefers "sporty" clothes to anything too girly. Any advice on where to go, online or in person, to find some cute things? I'm thinking jeans or pants and cute shirts. |
| My tomboy 10 yr old likes all the regular stores. For her it's all about color. Old navy, gap, Macy's, lands end. She doesn't like anything flirty, like a slouchy shoulder, because she equates that with being girls too. |
| My 11 y.o. who is both girly and tomboy likes Old Navy. |

Re-read OP's post, pp. NOT Justice. It's basically the queen of the kinderwhore look. Future strippers shop there. |
| Justice is good. |
Yes. For future strippers.
|
| Lord & Taylor has nice tween clothes. |
It's all hideous. My 10 yr old wouldn't wear that stuff. Loud colors, big graphics, words? No. She would not wear any of that. |
| Agree on a Big No to anything at Justice |
Now this is hilarious - and so true. Justice is NOT the store for a girl who is not into sparkly things or tight clothing. |
The WHAT? Yeesh. |
| Kids Foot locker or a sporting goods store with a kids section |
| Justice clothes are also complete and utter CRAP! Fall apart in 2 washes, so thin you can read through them. Yuck! |
