S/o What can I make ahead?

Ok, the baking is almost done and I assembled a dip that I'll heat up tomorrow as one of the appetizers. What else can I do today? Here's what I'm making:

Mashed potatoes--can I peel them today?
Sweet potatoes with marshmallows--eww, but DH wants them. Can I prep ahead?
Salad--this one is pretty easy

Ham just needs heating and in-laws are bringing turkey and stuffing.

We're using the kitchen table and just adding leaves so I won't set it with the fancy stuff until tomorrow.

Guess I can't put off cleaning up the house as my next task

I'd fully make the sweet potato casserole and do the marshmallow topping tomorrow. Yes, on the peeling as well.

OP here. Made the sweet potatoes. I'll just heat and add marshmallows to top tomorrow.

Holding off on the mashed potatoes until tomorrow. And prepping the salad. Easy enough.
