Private st loan combine ? Acs servicer

My private student loans are managed with access. The report as 5 different loans on my credit report . Though my aggregate owed is 40k because they manage them individually no one loan qualifies for a reduced payment over longer term.
Is there anything I can do?
If I'm late 5 different accounts are reported late. My paynts are high because each loan is taken at its amount.
(They were withdraw for one degree over 4 years- each semester)
