First communion menu

As Part of a restaurant meal for our child's First communion, we will have a multi course meal.

Part of that meal is pasta, help me choose form one of these sauces

pommodore
Alfredo
Alla vodka
Bolognese
Gorgonzola

It's penne pasta.

The kids have an entirely different meal.

This is in May right?

And no one cares. Gorgonzola?

Wow. First appetizers, now this?

Your guests will be fed, choose what you like to eat!

I am trying to get a large cross section of what most people like so that my guests are happy.
Just trying to be a good host.

BTW I found the appetizer thread very helpful.

Sheesh.

Again, no one cares. Go with the Gorgonzola.

NO, not gorgonzola. It is such a particular taste.... I hate it for instance. Too strong. From your list I would choose Alfredo.

But I am curious. Is your child not soon the traditional class? Because first reconciliation is in Jan/Feb and that isn't a party. Communion is typically in spring which is a party. Want to make sure you aren't confusing them.

I think Alfredo is gross and has a particular taste too.

It's different where I live. I no longer live in the US.

Where are you? That may come into play with your menu.

I agree with this, unless you're serving vegetarians, or you're serving the pasta and also a meat dish. If those cases I'd serve Pomodore.
