Cleaning Throw-up from Upholstered Chair in Baby's Room

We have an adorable upholstered glider in my one year's old room. She threw up the other night on the chair arm. I cleaned it with cold water that night so the stain isn't bad - it just smells terrible. Any suggestions for cleaning? I searched the cleaning websites and it looks like I could (1) pay a professional or (2) try the make yourself remedies or (3) buy upholstery cleaner from the store.

I appreciate any help in this area. I need to clean it asap, we LOVE to sit in that chair and read books

Buy a cleaner called "Simple Solution" in pet stores. It breaks down organic stains like urine and vomit with enzymes and truly removes the smell. I use it in a little hand held steam vac, but you could do it by hand. Just blot the area full strength with the solution.
