Yes, indeed. Russia is certainly the victor in this whole collusion story. They have succeeded in sowing disinformation which has done exactly that.

But Russia did very little - they just piggybacked on top of the lying rightwing media. The election was really stolen by Fox and dark money (Mercer funding Breitbart and anti-muslim hate ads, etc) as much as it was stolen by the Russians.

If it wasn't for the conservative propaganda machine, Russia couldn't have attacked the United States. The true villains are Murdoch, Koch, Mercer, and their crew of propagandists.
