But you just answered your own question. Biden, or more accurately, Bidens handlers, showed you can pardon anyone going back in time. They set the precedent.

And the use of auto pen wasn’t the issue, it was who gave the order for its use. Biden was too far gone mentally to have done anything outside of shielding his idiot crackhead son.

Nonsense. There is no evidence that Biden was "too far gone mentally" and in fact there is a wealth of evidence that Biden called the shots and made the decisions in staff meetings where they were directed to use the autopen.
