No. Just no. |
Have you been to Mexico City? I’ve traveled extensively and it’s my favorite city in the world (tied with Paris). I’m thinking of trying for tickets to one of the shows so I have an excuse to go. |
Oh, but I have. Garth Brooks for one. I am an 80's teen. Bon Jovi? HUGE fan. I felt like I couldn't breathe through the first part of the show... as an adult. There were tears during some songs just from the emotion, especially the song that was played at the funerals of two different classmates. |
Op here... One of those shows? Row 10 on the field. |
Everything sold out fast. They were letting people buy 30 shirts at once. |
Why isn't that a surprise? |
You can buy the blue hoodie online and a bunch of other shirts are in stock online, again, from her shop. We showed up at 6pm and were able to wait in line for only 15 mins inside the stadium and get what we wanted. I didn't see anyone buying 30 pairs of anything. The most I saw was maybe 3 items, but most people just bought the one t-shirt or hoodie they wore during the show. |
Can someone who has bought from a recent ticket drop walk me through the process? We weren’t successful at the initial ticket sale despite hours of grabbing tix and then losing them and I can’t pay 1500 on stub hub.
I am going to give it a go for Pitt one more time. A few days out do I log in to Ticketmaster, on a phone (on app or just online) or computer? Do I refresh or just wait for map to show seats? |
Tickets for last weekend's Chicago shows dropped on Thursday afternoon (I think it was around 4:30 or 5:00) and then Friday around 3:00. If you are going to have any chance at getting them, you need to keep refreshing the "sorry, no tickets are available online at this time" page. If tickets drop, you'll be able to join the queue and possibly get tickets. I don't personally know anyone who got tickets from the last minute drop, but people in a Facebook group were saying they got lucky. They were gone quickly so at least you don't have to sit in a queue all night. I got kicked out after 30-45 minutes. |
For the Ticketmaster drops, do you need to have already signed up for verified fan? Can I sign up for verified fan now? |
No. You load ticketmaster as you normally would for TS and then keep refreshing. I've gotten in twice without issues to look at the map for seats, just to see how the process was. I don't need or plan on buying tickets because we already saw her in Philly. It does work if you can get in at the perfect time, before someone else. |
It actually depends on the venue. Some locations are only selling to verified fans. |
This is so helpful, thank you! |
Detroit is NOT doing a general sale, it’s verified fans only.
I saw a post on Twitter of a screenshot of a conversation with TicketMaster where their customer service stated that all future ticket drops would be for verified fans only. If this is correct, all of the DC area fans still hoping for tickets next weekend are out of luck if they did not put down Pittsburgh back in October. |
If what is being reported on Twitter is true, then all future drops will only be for verified or “Invited Fan”. |
