Marriage Counselor Recommendations

I am looking for a recommendation for a marriage counselor in or around Alexandria. Specifically, I'd like someone who focuses on conflict resolution vs. just improving communication skills. My husband has anxiety and control issues so better communication doesn't really get us anywhere.
