Healthy side for burgers tonight

Anonymous
Making turkey burgers for dinner.
Anything good and tasty which will make a good side, besides TaterTots / Fries?

Particularly looking for something more healthy, which is kid friendly.

I've done roast potatoes before, and its good, but thinking to have variety.
What do you do?

Ditto on the sweet potato fries and green salad. Broccoli salad is also good, but not sure if kids go for it.

Corn on the cob? I think I saw it at costco recently? Could it still be yummy this out of season?

Roasted cauliflower. Cut into small florets. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast at 350 or 370 for at least 30-40 minutes or more if you like it super crispy. Sprinkle with parsley or Parmesan if you want.

Kale chips. Our preschooler will eat it if we use purple kale.
