Is it similar to cranberry relish? If so, a variation of cranberry stuffed french toast using italian bread. I think the recipe is on epicurious.com. Basically soak the thick slices of toast in eggnog/egg mixture, and stuff the slit bread with the relish.
But it you didn't like it on toast, not sure that would help. Send it to me? Sounds very tasty, I think.

It's sweeter than relish (or at least the relish that I make). This recipe sounds yummy though, I'll try it! |

Try to mix it with a little cream cheese, use on a cracker. See if the cheese helps balance it out a bit.
