I've been lifting for the last 6 months with a trainer but can't really justify the cost anymore. I'd like to find a workout partner for motivation and to be a spotter. I live in ARL and would like to meet at a nearby gym (no real preference) 2-3 days a week for about an hour. My work/family schedule fluctuates a bit but typically I could workout at 6am or 8pm.
I know this is a bit non traditional but I'm a perfectly normal married woman in her 40s

| What type of weightlifting? DH might be interested in an Olympic lifting partner if you are interested in competing in the masters division. He belongs to East Coast Gold. |

| If you still want someone six months to a year from now post again. I am just starting with a trainer so I need the instruction, but see myself in your place once I hit my groove. I work out at 6 pm wed and fri at energy club. |
| Just start showing up at the same time / day and you will likely see others. Ask whoever is there for a spot. |
