In my early 40s...Why all of a sudden am I experiencing that crawling, uncomfortable feeling in my legs, feet, toes that makes me want to move them around while I'm trying to fall asleep?? Or even while my feet are in shoes, sometimes it drives me bonkers that I can't stretch my toes out. WTH??
I also keep adjusting the waistband on my jeans and pants (I'm at regular weight, it's not that it's tight). Is this a middle-aged thing? And it's really only when I start thinking about it (the waistband as well as the legs/feet/toes). Is this an age thing? Dammit! |

I've had that for years, but only when I'm really exhausted. It's a sign for me to GO TO BED! I'll have the creepy crawly feeling on the couch and once I get in my bed, but it doesn't prevent me for dropping off to sleep. No problem in the morning or other times of day. I'm 43 FWIW.
Now, my carpal tunnel syndrome is another problem. That bothers me at all times of day. Can't go to sleep without my brace. |
| I changed my diet and have had restless leg issues. Read that could be magnesium deficiency. I now taking vitamin and it seems to have helped. |
| I had it for probably 10 years. Always started when I was winding down from the day and finally getting a chance to sit down. When I got pregnant, it disappeared and never came back. That was 4 years ago and still my legs feel fine. |
