best stuffing recipe

I don't plan to do mine in the turkey. I have a vegetarianish relative who will eat something cooked in stock or broth, but won't eat actual sausage. Yes, a little high maintenance. Any great recipes???

There are lots of stuffing recipes that don't have sausage.

Here is one that is similar to one I have used and really liked. The one I have used does not have cranberries in it, but I think it sounds like a tasty addition!

This is the recipe i use each year. I sub veg stock in but am guessing you could just follow the recipe as is. It is super delicious and decadent for tgiving.
