therapist recommendations in downtown DC- lots of suggestions to go see one, but few names out there

Hi

My husband and I need therapy, we both agree we do. I am looking for a good therapist in teh DC area. I see plenty of ppl here saying that " you need to go to therapy ASAP" etc etc, but very few recommendations on who has proven to be relatively good... Please if someone helped you a lot, do throw out some names, am not asking you to badmouth anyone.. I really need help, I feel so tired and emotionally drained and we are willing to try, but I dont want the little emotional capital we have left to get spent on a therapist who is "learning on the job" with us
