WELL I MARRIEB A MAN IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY YEARS AGO. WELL IT DID NOT WORK OUT I HAVE A CHILD FOR THIS MAN WHO IS NOW 36 WELL THE PRABLEM I HAVE IS WE HAVE A 2 BED ROOM HOUSE AND WHEN I GO TO THAT COUNTRY I STAY IN THAT HOUSE, WELL I WENT ON A VACATION IN JUNE I FOUND OUT ALL THE FURNUTER WAS GORN HE GAVE IT ALL TO IS SISTER, IS SISTER AND I ARE FRIEND AND SHE DID NOT TELL ME ANTILL AFTER THE FACK. WELL I WANT TO KNOW DO YOU THINK I SHOULD SUE THIS MAN FOR 1/2 OF THIS HOUSE PLEASE LET ME KNOW

What country are you in now? I don't think suing the father of your child is a good idea. Can you get in touch with him and ask him why he did this? What does the sister say? Why doesn't she give it back if she's your friend?

Well, whatever the story, mediation is always better than going to court. I doubt you will feel good about suing your ex. Try to sort something out with him and his family.

Then, make sure you break up completely since you are now divorced. Do you both own that house? You need to sell it or buy him out and only have your name on the deeds. And make sure he doesn't have a key. You need to cut all ties financially.

The child is 36 right? He should be able to fend for himself at this point.
