I think it is completely implausible that she didn’t know. I also don’t think she looked actually upset as opposed to just acting out faux embarrassment. You think they made their first public appearance post all of this breaking and she knew he was going to have a bit… but she was totally taken off guard that their super public lawsuit came up? I have a bridge to sell you.

If she knew beforehand, then maybe he convinced her to do this and said it would be funny and once he made a joke at her expense in front of all of their peers, she realized it wasn’t and it hurt her.
