Restaurant recommendation near the Washington Monument with teen

DD and I are going to go see the Washington Monument lit up for the second to last night tonight. Any restaurant recommendations that won't need reservations or one I can make now. Not very fancy as we'll be be wearing jeans and comfy shoes and possibly looking like tourists.

| Lots of great hotel restaurants very close by (right off the Mall on Pennsylvania Ave.) - W Hotel's J&G Steakhouse, Willard's Cafe Du Parc. I second Chef Geoff's. The others are a bit of walk (except Old Ebbitt). |
