I've done gym lifting and other glute exercises in the past, six years ago before kids. Now I want a DVD that will target my butt without my having to think about it. At home.
What would you recommend? Is Brazilian Butt Lift worth it? |

| "Strong Curves" by Bret Contreras and Kellie Davis- probably the best out there. It focuses on weight lifting but has tons of useful exercises and tips for the glutes. |

Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells all work. They prescribe bodyweight exercises too but incorporate heavy lifting as the core workout for the glutes.
