Not sure about all of your conspiracy theories but Loudoun is currently a non-profit. Whether they spin-off NVA into a for-profit is another question. Anyone looking to hide the money trail would certainly be in favor of doing so.

to be fair the most recent 990 for loudoun precedes nva by three years.

All non-profits use money from more profitable programs for other programs. The funds aren’t restricted to rec. now should a travel program be able to support itself? I think it should and it’s good business for it to, but it’s not required.

Wrong again. Are you that naive? Wake up. Look up the FVU LLC info. You'll see the folks who you would expect to see on the documents. The one's calling all the shots and putting the money in their pockets under the guise of community welfare.

The fields policy should count the kids that use the fields on a 1-1 basis, not in a pool of players. If you have 20 players on a travel team vs. 20 players on a rec team, they should be allotted the same field space. Right now they allot 3 days of fieldsoace for every 1 day to recreatii al players despite their being the same number of players. They should also assess the amount of field space allotted to boys and girls and level the playing field to make sure girls are getting equal access. They so far have refused to do this which is discriminatory towards girls and intentional. Since ,any of the fields are on public school property, this directly violates title 9. If you ask the school admin, they gaslight and say it doesnt. Someone should file a federal complaint against their policies. The school board has a long history of discriminating against girls under title 9. Just search the news.
