Which public schools in NoVA would you choose for a child who loves and excels in math? (apart from TJ which is obviously not open admission). We are moving to NoVA from out of state and have heard good things about Arlington, Fairfax, and Falls Church City...but I am looking for more specifics...DS is in 2nd grade currently. |

any parent who can teach math at home and make learning and application of math fun - you can teach much more at home than anything taught in the "best" of schools |
Greenbriar West |
Am also interested in this, and which schools (if any) that follow the traditional math model (multiplication tables, etc ) vs the loosey goosey new math garbage. |
