My daughter has expressed interested in Hood. The thing is, I can't figure out what differentiates this school from other MD schools...except that it's private and costs $20K more. Can anyone shed some insight?

Wow, that's a lot of money for a school most people haven't heard of. My friend went there to get his masters degree in CS, and I was completely underwhelmed with what he learned. The Hood graduate classes appeared significantly easier than my undergraduate classes, and I did NOT go to a top notch undergraduate institution.
