Recommend a place for group dining for chidren's sports team & parents

I am interested in organizing a very casual group meal for our boy's team of 7 year olds, approx. 20 people total. I would like the adults to join us, so I am aiming a bit higher than Chuck E Cheese (although they do serve wine!). Even Maggianos wants to charge $28 per person... I was hoping to suggest something more like $15-$20 per person. Any suggestions for Bethesda/Chevy Chase NW DC?

Could you do lunch rather than dinner? I know lunch prices are better, we do a lot of business group lunches. I would try rio grand in Bethesda for a group that size with kids.

it's in Arlington, but Joe's Pizza/pasta does a pizza & salad bar that's $10.00 with beverages
