DE Cycle Question

Is it normal to have a follicle during your DE cycle? I'm 33, diagnosed w/ POI/POF (like DOR, only w/ a worse prognosis). After a week or so of Lupron injections, I'm on to estrogen injections (I've done 6 so far). This morning, I went in for my lining check. During the ultrasound the tech mentioned that I have a follicle. (Apparently just one, which is actually a lot for me, believe it or not, given my diagnosis.) Is that normal? Is it worth asking my RE about "converting" my DE cycle into a NCIVF or "regular" IVF cycle? Is that even possible? Anyone have any similar experiences?

| I'm not sure if it is normal, I thought the meds were supposed to suppress all follicular activity. I would not bother converting with just one little follicle. |
