Looking for great K and elementary teachers in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties

Please tell me where the excellent, caring teachers are. I'm to the point of frustration with Pre-K and Kindergarten teachers in Fairfax Co. and just can't stand DC's teacher anymore because she is absolutely distant and I noticed bad reactions from her every time I ask questions about what's going on in the classroom.
