Making lunch for a gluten free, soy free, vegan - dessert?

I'm making spicy red pepper coulis over polenta, a side of asparagus, green lentil and walnut salad. Stumped for dessert ideas - usually I would put out a sorbet from Talenti but the weather is so cold....

What about something like roasted apples or poached pears or something?

I usually do granita, even in the cold. The poached pear idea is good. Or do a quinoa based "rice" pudding made with coconut milk. Serve warm.

Oh She Glows blog has some yummy dessert recipes that fit your criteria if you don't want to go the baked fruit route. A fruit crisp/crumble with cgf oats, maple syrup or brown sugar, spices, and earth balance or coconut oil would be good too. You can make a little oat flour by whirling some oats in a food processor. A little almond meal or chopped nuts would also be good in the topping.

If you do this one, consider putting the mixture in a food processor or blender to smooth out the texture. Crunchy pudding surprise otherwise.

This is really, really good: http://www.nigella.com/recipes/view/CHOCOLATE-OLIVE-OIL-CAKE-5551. We often make it on special occasions and everyone loves it. You can buy almond meal/flour at Trader Joe's, or you can just throw some almonds in a blender and make it yourself.

Not PP but if you just search for "Nigella chocolate olive oil cake" the recipe should come up on Nigella's site. I would absolutely recommend it. It is delicious!
