Recommendations for OT and Speech Therapy

We've received several recommendations for speech therapy and occupational therapy for our 3 year old son, who is exhibiting some mild spectrum issues, mostly sensory processing, as well as a language delay. Has anyone worked with any of the programs listed below? It would be great to get some input and advice from other parents who have already gone down this path. Thanks in advance:
