Because false claims of SH are just so light and funny!!!

You need to calm down. We get it.

I don’t think you get it since people on here literally just said this was funny. It’s not funny. Your wife was allegedly sexually harassed. He should have just sat in his seat if he wanted to go out tonight.

No, they said it was funny that he made fun of himself – not that he himself was funny. You seem to have a parasocial relationship with this whole situation. Take a step back.

If my husband made fun of my SH I would be LIVID. Sit down.

The joke has nothing to do with making fun of her SH. It’s making fun of the crazy level of publicity that has surrounded the whole thing. This was *scripted.* Obviously they both knew and approved of the joke.

Agree. It's not funny as some overarching statement re whether the SH did or didn't happen. It's about the publicity,

Even joking about SH publicity is in bad taste and disrespectful to your wife.

I think Lively was actually supposed to host SNL when the blow up with Baldoni happened and she had to cancel. She is sitting right next to Reynolds there and she seems fine to me — rueful. They share a sense of humor. This doesn’t seem disrespectful to me in the slightest, but I know some conservative critics who might think it was.

The think they belong there.

They do. They've both previously hosted and done cameos on the show. They are friends with lots of other people who were there. They were seated near Spielberg and Rachel Dratch.

Spielberg did not look impressed.

What?? Watch again, Spielberg was one of the only ones clapping in delight (with a smile) when Ryan stood up.
Clapping for RR doesn’t mean he and BL are going to get sought after roles now. They clapped for Alec Baldwin also.

So if you look at the skit tonight with Kate McKinnon manhandling Woody Harrelson and that other hot guy-that looked a waayyy touchy. Was there an intimacy coordinator for that skit? Her head was in Woody’s stuff. I don’t think Woody and the other dude (sorry don’t know his name but he is really really cute) are sung. Thought about this when everyone taking about BL and RR at the show. Anyway crazy comparison but shows how nuts the lawsuit is.

Correct. Blake and Ryan are done. They aren’t coming back from this. The golden era for this clique is over- even Swift was booed at the Super Bowl.

Dp, but I agree. Neither of them look their best and the body language is weird. She’s leaning away from him.

You can’t equate Philly fans to the rest of the world.

Exactly. But again this film and Lily character were an amalgamation of contradictions. Sometimes an IC was requested, other times not.

Huh? The PP indicated SS was not impressed with RR bring there. SS was clapping and smiling at the skit. No one said anything about future roles.

+1. They are so arrogant and dimwitted they think they can just laugh this off and act like it never happened (and presumably paying JB hush money to buzz off). I hope JB turns down their hush money and takes this the distance.

SS whipped his head to look at BL like oh shootttt after he made that joke too.

I think this is actually good for folks on this thread to see. Even Candace Owens implicitly acknowledges that this is Hollywood taking RR/BL’s side. She wouldn’t be mad/wouldn’t need to make this tweet if this wasn’t a good appearance for them. You can think it was in bad taste or whatever, but the people trying to claim this doesn’t amount to a Hollywood blessing are bonkers.
