We bought a train shaped cupcake mold for my son's birthday. Is there a type of cake I should make that will help keep all the details of the mold design intact? I'm thinking light and fluffy vs more dense pound cake-like.
Any other tips to keep the shapes intact? Lots of Pam? Better yet, any cake recipe suggestions? I'm thinking maybe pumpkin or banana flavors (this is for a 2 year old who loves fruit and born on Halloween.) |
| How about a banana bread recipe? Instead of Pam, try bakers joy spray. I don't ever bake without it anymore. |
