vegetarian chili in the slow cooker

I have yet to find a really good veggie chili for the crock pot - anyone have a good one to share?

I just wing it. I think all chilis, but veggie chili in particular, benefit tremendously from making your own chili powder. If you buy some packets of chilis, like guajilos and anchos, from an international foods store it will taste good. I also use significanly more bell peppers in veggie chili than I use in non-veggie chili.
