GF rice Krispy treats made with GF Rice Krispies, mini cupcakes made with Betty Crocker GF cake mix. There are a lot of candies out there that are gluten free if you are looking for something packaged.

I guess I'm looking for something that is similar and most likely be served as regular treats, like cupcakes/cookies. Don't want my child to feel like he's left out all the times when it comes to cookie/cake time.
I searched some online and i'm not sure if i have that kind of time or skills. Something i can do within 30 minutes would be nice.
Like funny pretzels. Where can i find these huge GF pretzels?

Pamela's GF espresso chocolate chip cookie is my absolute favorite:

But your kid will probably prefer the standard chocolate chip.

MOMS, Trader Joes, Whole Foods have pretty good selection of GF.

Sweet Sin Bakery is carried at MOMs & Lilit Cafe if you want pre-made cupcakes.

You'll most likely not find large GF pretzles other than rods. But you can still make silly pretzles with the small GF pretzles. Melt a Hershey kiss or a rolo over the pretzles and top with an orange m&m or candy corn.

I think you're more motivated than me - 30 min is a lot of time

But some easy ideas:
-the GF break & bake cookies re-shaped (I used these to make a choc chip gingerbread man for my kids class project)
-GF cupcakes or mini-muffins with orange icing. You could use a GF mix or just buy the muffins and put icing on top.

And this has some good ideas - I thought the apple teeth looked like a good mix of easy and fun:

But how old is your kid? As long as I have a favorite treat, mine seems to be really OK with iit being different (she's 6). So I make sure we have something, but don't stress too much about exactly what it is. Though I also always have cupcakes in the freezer so I can just grab one for birthday parties, etc.

Peanut butter squares/bars (like a rich peanut butter cup)

Bars are gluten free if using GF graham crackers. (I found these in the GF aisle of Safeway and am sure YES or WF would have a version too.)

Ingredients

1/2 cup salted butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full sheets)
1 cup confectioners' (powdered) sugar
3/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter (not natural style)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Line a 8x8 or 9x9 square baking pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.

In a medium sized bowl, mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar together until combined. Stir in 3/4 cup of peanut butter. Spread into prepared baking pan.

In a small bowl, microwave 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter with the chocolate chips until melted. Stir until smooth. Spread over peanut butter layer.

Chill until completely firm, at least 3 hours.
